Evoto does not use user images or data to train its models
Evoto does not extract or generate biometric facial templates from user images to identify individuals, nor does it use facial information for identity recognition. Facial information is processed only as necessary to provide the requested image-processing functionality
Across all regions, Evoto processes and stores user data on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. We collect only the data necessary to provide, operate, and secure the services
Evoto deploys certain algorithms locally. Local projects still rely on algorithms and computing resources in the Evoto cloud to complete processing. This architecture supports efficient workflows and high-quality image output
Where required by applicable law, Evoto uses recognized contractual mechanisms to protect personal data transferred across borders
Evoto uses proprietary encryption technology to protect data throughout transmission from the user's device to the Evoto cloud
Production access is restricted to authorized personnel with an operational need. Access rights are controlled, reviewed, and subject to confidentiality obligations
Local projects. Only thumbnails are sent to the Evoto cloud. They are deleted immediately after processing and cannot be accessed by anyone. Results are returned to the user's device and cached in the Evoto cloud for up to 8 days. AI Color and AI Lab are optional exceptions that require images to be uploaded to the Evoto cloud. Depending on the feature, the uploaded images may be thumbnails or originals. AI Lab images are deleted immediately after processing, while AI Color images can be deleted at any time through the Evoto client. Not using these features does not affect other Evoto features
Evoto cloud projects. Users can permanently delete project data at any time. Any remaining project data is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after the subscription ends
Evoto combines access control, encrypted transmission, data minimization, logical isolation, backups, audit logs, vendor management, and continuous security monitoring
